Trikem B-vitamin

Without enzymes metabolism does not work. Vitamin B is found in concentrate, roughage and pasture. Typically, the horse can also form a number of B vitamins itself, most are formed in the gut. When changes take place in training, environment, food, fur precipitation / fur turnover, sickness and diarrhoea, imbalance can occur that severely affects the horse’s general condition. B vitamins are water soluble and, with few exceptions, completely harmless, even in large doses. Excess is not stored up in the body but excreted in the urine. Overdose of a single B vitamin may take with them other B vitamins from the body, which is why a well-balanced vitamin complex is important. To make the supplement extra tasty a glucose solution is added.

Regular give a balanced B vitamin supplement is recommended because changes in the environment, food and exercise can be difficult to control. At the imbalance, the body has no own buffer stock and can not self-regulate deficiencies. For acute diseases often vet vitamin B as a supportive treatment. Supplements of vitamin B is used to advantage when the horse's rhythm changes or load increases, such as during hard training, environmental change, change of feed and fur precipitation.

Dosage

25 ml daily for big horse (550 kg) in feed. Other horses in proportion to body weight or as veterinary prescription.
